Last November I interrupted blogging so I could concentrate on finishing the second edition of The Big Bang to Now. I thought that would probably be some time in February. It was April. At that point, I thought the paperback would be on the shelves and the Kindle version ready to download by early August.
That was when I switched to Plan C, Plan B having already proven unworkable.
Plan C was to begin blogging again full-time with the grand announcement of The Big Bang TWO! In the meantime, I hoped to work in the garden and do all those summer jobs that had been delayed by our record-breaking onslaughts of rain in June and July.
Plan C was before the computer fiasco, and a series of additional fiascos that are too boring even for me to write about. At this point I wonder if my hope for a September publication is realistic.
I’m currently onto Plan D, which is to resume blogging except when it’s not raining and I can get into the garden. Or if we have guests. Or we go somewhere on vacation. Or my brain can’t think of even something ridiculous to write about.
In my defense, I can at least argue that I’m flexible.
And just in case you are wondering, the ff in the subject of this post stands for “following.” Though I’m sure no other alternative entered your mind either.
